Best 14-inch Laptops of 2025!
Unlike most 14-inch laptops, these ones pack some serious performance under the hood. We've scored them in 10 categories, so which one comes out on top?
We scored 9 laptops from 1 to 5 stars in 10 different categories shown here:

As we count down from worst to best, we’ll highlight their pros, cons, and who should buy it.
This one is great for people who want solid CPU performance and a large 14.5" OLED display, but it's a bit loud in performance tasks, heavy and pricy which is why it's at the bottom of this list.

This one isn't available in the U.S., but it can come with up to a 5050 overseas. Even with a 5050, this one would likely perform at the lower end in gaming and creator tasks. But, it has a great 14.5" OLED display, and is nice and light to carry around with you. Its keyboard is also pretty great.

This is an extremely premium feeling laptop with a major con- its Lunar Lake CPU. It holds back performance significantly and it doesn't even pay off in great battery life like we'd hoped. It has a nice trackpad and a great screen, but this one is hard for us to recommend.

Another very premium feeling laptop, even more so than the last one, with similarly low end performance. This one is only offered with up to a 4050 that is fed low wattage, so it's not the best for gamers. Probably better for those who just do some light gaming on the side. Also, be aware it has a touchbar instead of a function row.

We really love this laptop for a lot of reasons, great battery life, super lightweight and portable, and decent gaming performance. It just doesn't feel as premium or well built as some others on the list if that matters to you.

This laptop is very well-rounded. Good at a lot of things, but not great at anything in particular. Performance is middle of the pack due to its lower wattage GPUs, but it does feel premium and have decent battery life.

This one is super premium and performs very well. Its battery life is poor and the razer synapse software kind of sucks, though. Regardless, this is still one of Josh's favorites and he says it's a joy to use as a daily driver.

This one is great in almost every way. Great performance, well built, looks sleek, nice screen, but it almost always feels warm. Even in light use. Some people may not mind that trade-off.

Fantastic for most people in most categories. Its only big con is that it can't play most modern games. Plus, it's a bit heavy. Otherwise, this is our favorite for a reason, look at all those 5 stars!

Here's where they all ended up. There's not really a bad laptop on this list, but each one is right for different people. Make sure to check out our deals section to see if you can catch one of these great laptops on sale.
