The ProArt has been much improved in 2025. They now offer a 5090 version with better performance and a beautiful tandem OLED display. This is the one to get if you have the budget and you want the best creator laptop in the Windows space. It trades blows with the highest end MacBook Pro 16, coming out on top in many benchmarks. The 5070 versions remain competitive as well but are still somewhat held back by their lower tier GPU and lesser screens. We think the 2.8k resolution with the 120Hz refresh rate is a better buy of the two because it can still game on the side, but if that's your primary concern we would recommend considering the Legion 7i or Zephyrus G16.

5090 version is a standout with its Tandem OLED panel and great performance
High resolution and high refresh rate screen options
Excels in creator tasks
Games decently well
Comfortable keyboard
Never gets too hot
5070 versions are not as competitive, <400 nit screens and lesser performance
Some fan noise even in lighter use
Less efficient than a MacBook Pro
Average battery life
Always a little warm
